Returns are accepted within 30 days since you receive the order.

However, all Sales are Final for all accessories, clothing, scarves, socks and bags.
Please make sure the goods are in perfect condition and well packaged when they are returned to us. All original tags must be attached and footwear must be in its original box. Anything that’s worn, damaged, washed or altered in anyway cannot be returned.

The original shipping fee does not include or account for refunds on your return. Shipping charges on returns are non-refundable.

How do I make an Exchange?

To make exchanges fast and easy, please log in to our website and place a new order for the item you would like to receive in exchange. You will need to complete the checkout and make a payment, and it will be shipped to you with ground shipping within the contiguous United States.

How do I make a Return?

Step 1: Log in your account and submit a ticket to let us know you are returning some item for a refund.

Step 2: You may require for a return label with a flat fee of $5.99, which will be deducted from the refund.

Step 3: Package the item(s) up. Pack the item(s) to be returned into the original parcel, enclosing your order confirmation information.

Step 4: Send the package. Affix the printed shipping label to the package and make sure there are no other shipping labels or bar codes on it. Write down the tracking number to keep track of its progress.

Return Requirements:

Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of receipt.

Merchandise must in new/unworn condition with all original tags and packaging.
